Shipping/Returns 

Shipping Policy

For domestic orders, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. In case of high order volume, there may be a slight delay in shipment. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay. Shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout. Occasionally, there may be delivery delays. We ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and locations within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with the tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Please note that any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order are the customer's responsibility. Be Unieke is not responsible for any damages or losses during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to Covid-19, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
